Coming off of a produce-centric Second Saturday supper focused on the offerings of Wabi Sabi Farm, Chef Sean Wilson and crew are in the mood to eat more vegetables. Thursday, September 20th, we're taking our weekly 3 for $30 dinner completely vegan, presenting the unique crossroads of flavor and deliciousness you expect from Proof without any of the usual protein.
