Hank is on a road trip across the country to promote his newest book, Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail and making a stop at Proof. For his visit we are preparing a 4 course meal featuring techniques & recipes from his book.

Reservations can be made for any time between 5pm and 10pm, but coming early or late often increases your likelihood of chatting with the chefs.
Proof’s Beverage Director Jared Giunta will put together an optional beverage pairing to accompany the meal.
