At Proof, we are here to make your special event dreams come true. We have an expert kitchen and service staff, prepared to accommodate any feasible request. The rest of our staff works closely with our Experience Manager, Beau Fodor, to make sure everything is picture perfect. Beau’s background in event planning began with an internship at Martha Stewart Living and has continued through his 17 years running Panache Events and six years of "sparkling and dazzling" at Proof.

Proof offers custom menus from three-time James Beard nominated chef Sean Wilson, unique handcrafted cocktails, an unrivaled wine list, customized floor plans, furnishings, and tablescapes with beautiful skyline views.

Guests have the option of dining off of our seasonally-rotating menu, pairing the selection down for a limited menu, or meeting with Chef Wilson & Beverage Director Jared Giunta to create their own menu for the evening.


Our team will personalize the venue so that it is perfect for you, arranging the room and having the tables decorated to your liking. Experience Coordinator Beau Fodor truly transforms our simple space into an elegant setting adorned with custom menus, lighting, florals, and linen.
